city hall in the evening
this picture was taken just as the sun went down, before it was really dark, yet after the lights had been turned on. the effect is really amazing, i'm quite happy with it.
Oh Ben! You caught that incandescent blue that only happens just after sundown! This is a spectacular photo of that gorgeous lighted dome with such a gorgeous background. Kudos! Next will be palm trees, I'm sure! -Kim Seattle Daily Photo
