in the midst of auditing a fantastic class called creation care and sabbeth economics, i've decided to turn our balcony into something of a garden. it is modest right now - only a few herbs, a bell pepper plant, and two tomato plants - but it's a start!
I know...These are some of your secret ingredients for your homegrown brews.
ReplyDeleteHmm... that would be quite a brew.
ReplyDeleteCreation Care and Sabbath Economics...I'm trying to figure out why four separate fields of thought are placed together in this way.
ReplyDeleteMotherly advise: make sure those plants are secured (earthquakes and law suits)
creation care refers to humanity's care for the created earth, Sabbath economics is a term coined recently, you can learn more here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabbath_economics
ReplyDeletewhere are you taking those classes? sign me up!
ReplyDeleteFuller Theological Seminary!
ReplyDeleteIt counts as a required Christian Ethics course, but I already have several of those.
Those classes sound awesome! Great balcony garden! Yes, secure those pots! We're in earthquake country. Nice pepper! Mine are just starting to bloom (started the plants from seed)
ReplyDeleteAny suggestion on how to secure pots??
