That wall is beyond my understanding. Maybe the explanation is know what's in the building. It doesn't come cheap.
This wall is a barrier between a hotel complex and a church complex - believe it or not.It is a bit hard to tell, but the fish is in the center of a fountain in the middle of a courtyard. The wall behind is made of mosaic tile.
