pasadena's courthouse has been undergoing an exterior change lately - but if you are a faithful reader of this blog, or live in pasadena you knew that already. here is the finished product. it certainly seems like an improvement to me, but i'm still not terribly impressed by this building.

I don't think it looks any better than before! I was hopeing they were going to add some windows and either stucco or brick the outside to match the other surrounding government buildings... hum... still looks as 1970's as it ever did.
Agreed.
Although I think the color scheme is better now.
