petrea's post yesterday inspired me to try and get the highest vantage point to take a picture of our beloved city hall. i have plenty of shots of this building from the street level, but i've struggled to find a perch that would allow me to get a birds perspective.
so just like petrea yesterday, can you guess where i am?
