face-lift
one of pasadena's - how can i say this.... less attractive? - buildings is currently covered in scaffolding. i have visions of a complete make over, but i'm guessing it's just a paint job or something.
Oh it's definitely LESS attractive! Main reason being because the only reason you ever go there is to pay off stupid traffic tickets - even one's you get when you're on your bicycle :)
I think it's the era that it was built in and that it was covered in cheap imitation of Edith Heath tiles. This seems to have been a popular skin of the era
