I don't know, Ben, but I like this shot for that and other reasons. The papers, the painting, the polaroid, the espresso cups...it's a contemplation of media, while being a photo of a man contemplating media. I like it a lot lot lot.
This guy looks familiar from this digital angle.
Today you can take a digital photo and use a software called poladroid and fake it.
I'm more interested in where the polaroid supply came from considering it's no longer made!!
I didn't realize you can no longer buy Polaroid equipment. Pretty interesting, and makes this image even more complexing!
