a building from another era that is in bad need of a new tenant and a face lift. this building reminded me of a project that my friend matt just completed - rephotographing philadelphia. you should all check it out - and i think someone should pick up that idea for pasadena or los angeles county.

Just scrolling through, Ben. This building was purchased by the Church of Scientology some time ago and all the tenants (some who had been there many years) were turned out. I don't know what's next for the place but I hope the current owners do right by it.
