contest time!

okay people, here is how this thing is going to work.  we have an extra copy of the lovely novel "helen of pasadena", set in (you guessed it) the city of pasadena.  if you would like to own this book, simply leave a comment on this blog entry with your answer to the following question...

in which pasadena park is this pint-sized train depot located?

if you need a refresher on the pasadena parks, you can check out my park series from last year.  the winner will be chosen at random from those who post the correct answer.  i will announce the winner on sunday's blog post.

Based on the condos in the background, I'm gonna go with Memorial Park.

Memorial Park. Isn't it sweet? Thanks for taking on Mystery History while Ann is in hospital, Ben.

I already have the book, so you don't need to put my name in the hat.

Oh I'm not the one doing Mystery History - that is Mr. Cafe Pasadena! This is totally unrelated, but I do wish Ann the fastest of recoveries.

I am going to say Memorial Park, the one with the Levitt Pavilion.

Memorial Park!

When I am feeling like an ambitious mother we take the train there, play for a bit, then hit the library, then go over to 21 choices for frozen yogurt.
