harvest moon?

a hazy moon at dusk for today's skywatch friday contribution.  i snapped this photo off several months ago and found it while browsing my archives.  i like it quite a lot and was surprised to find out that i never posted it.

also, i've hit a wall with my photo taking creativity. there is just a little left in the tank. i'd appreciate some photo requests to force me to get out there and take some pictures! send them my way.

full moon over pasadena

snapped this off near lake avenue the other night. i'm not sure if the moon was actually full, but i think it was pretty close! i should have played with the settings a bit more, or used a tripod - the glow around the moon could have been prevented i'm sure.
