Hmm... by any chance do you have Time Warner? They have been a nightmare for me lately. (The only consolation is that my friends in Pasadena with Charter seem to hate it even more.)
I never get tired of this shot. Every time I hike and see myself lifted above the city I thank God for the mountains ... and for them being so close by. BTW Ben, we have DSL here so we haven't had problems. Even though commercials on TV blast DSL as "slow," I never found that to be true. It is through AT&T.

Nope, AT&T - our neighbors - who we share it with - are moving, and we have to wait a few days to get a new account (or something like that)
Where IS this? Looks pretty high up.
We've been having trouble with Charter internet recently, and they tell me it's the demand. If a lot of people use it, we lose it.
Up above Millard, eh? Lovely.

Petrea has got it - we're up in the hills around Millard Canyon.
We've been pretty happy with AT&T DSL, but their customer service has been poor at times.
Supposed to get our internet back on Friday.
You really went high to get that wunderful pic of Fuller Seminary from above! Admirable, BW.
Ha ha - sort of.
