we are not an agency

those who hung these fliers on the top of this lamp post seriously want people to understand that they are NOT an agency.  i thought i'd pass their interesting message along.

today i'm venturing out to burbank with a few loyal friends to experience the baseball reliquary's "ball four turns forty" event.  i really can't wait!

leaning easy over

this image makes me feel like leaning to the side.  this isn't the first time i've posted an image of our leaning palms.  a few streets in town are famous for this feature.

once again, blogger has let me down.  this was scheduled to be posted on the 10th, but i'm just now putting it up on the 11th.

home of several businesses and restaurants, this pasadena location is tucked away just off of colorado blvd. i think it is worth the visit to check out its nooks and crannies.

more for you seinfeld fans

this seemingly innocent picture from santa monica pier is actually a piece of tv history. several episodes of seinfeld featured either george or jerry contemplating life at this very location. and you thought the show was based in new york! i've included some proof below...

these screen shots were all taken from the episode entitled "the invitations". if you have time to kill today, you can watch the scene at 6:05 of this clip.
