Great pic of you, BW. Unfortunately, the photo spotlight was rite on your wife's face.

Oh, that food looks delicious! Aren't we lucky to be able to sit outdoors in late November?

So how does Fried turkey go? It looks yummy but the fryer - pour in oil and let it do its magic?

Now Brenda, a quick google search will show you how many things can go wrong with frying a turkey. Be sure to do your homework. We found that the key things seem to be make sure that it is FULLY thawed, make sure you leave an opening at both ends of the bird, keep your temperature at a constant 350, wear safety gloves when handling anything around the pot of oil, and make sure you don't over-fill your pot. And most importantly - DON'T DO THIS INSIDE!
