eight hundred and one

while uploading today's image i noticed that i have just passed 800 blog entries. i know as well as anyone that i've been working at this blog for over two years, but that number makes that commitment to posting seem even larger. i say this a lot, but i never expected to keep this thing going for as long as i have. it is all thanks to faithful readers and commenters. thank you everyone!

by the way, in most of the world, today is known not as veterans day, but remembrance day. i prefer this term because it reminds me that to remember is to work for peace, with the hope that we will one day live in a world where war does not exist.

i hope and pray that everyone has a peaceful remembrance day.

I don't know how you manage to have interesting new photos up every day, but this reader (or is it viewer?) is grateful for your work.

Laurie said it so well. Congratulations, Ben. I hold that thought: a world of peace.

That's quite a feat! I visit your site every day though I don't always comment. Thanks for being part of what makes Pasadena so interesting.

Thanks everyone! That means a lot. HA! Coincidentally a Stater Bros. commercial just came on TV with Petrea's voice-over work. And world's collide. Too funny.

Really? I almost never hear them.

I heard that voice-over also. For a second, I almost thought I was hearing PasaAdjacent.

Ditto, LAurie.
