Aw - you were 20 seconds away from the 10 second mark. It could have been perfect Ben. I guess you'll have to wait another 100 years. bummer.

10.10.10 - Today is also the release of the Ubuntu operating system version 10.10 on 10.10.10!

Ive been using Ubuntu OS for almost 4 years now. I have no viruses, I dont ever have to run virus scanning software, I dont ever need to defrag... it is really quite pleasant! There are over 30,000 free software applications in Ubuntu ranging from chat, to office apps, racing games and so on. Pretty much whatever you need.

You can learn more about it here...

One thing I like about Ubuntu is that everything is free and open source and there is a large friendly community behind it all making it better. If it interests you at all and need help installing or want more info, feel free to email me and I would be more than happy to help out!

Nice. I was on an airplane at 10:10 on 10/10/10 and the flight attendant announced the time and the numerical oddity. Cool.

There's a boy in England who is 10 today, the 10.10.10, and he was born at 10 minutes past 10. Beat that.
