pasadena gold company

continuing with my weekly neon theme (see the "open" sign in the window?), this company on green street tells it like it is. i find it interesting that the sign is silver in color, and also seems to be peeling a little bit... doesn't make me have too much faith in the quality of gold that is sold there. but some of you in pasadena-land might be able to tell me otherwise!

if you are dressing up as a pirate tonight, this may be the place to find your buried treasure. happy halloween everyone!

ever heard of them...then again we had friends in the business with their own place in the Jewelry district in downtown LA, so we never had to find a retail jeweler to haggle with.

I do like the irony of the silver and peeling sign. Maybe it started out gold and faded and peeled to silver?

This is at the corner of Mentor & Green. Right nearby are Cafe Verde & EuroPane.

There's gold on there streets - food gold!

Hmm, it's ironic. I'm hearing a lot of ads on the radio to "buy gold!" Then again, they're ads.

Well if you're green, you need to be mentored. And right now, I'm feeling a little green.

You could also include a picture of the gold prospecting store on East Colorado, east of Sierra Madre.

We had our engagaement bands done byu Alberto (the owner). Also, he redid my ring after another jewelry burnt the diamond. I have been going to Alberto for 15 years. He is one of the best and most honest jewelers you will hever find....and his work is exquisite!
