tim demonstrating the system - simply pick the destination of your choice and take a look! unfortunately the cloud cover meant that every tube pointed directly into the marine layer.

Do you approach this from Echo Mountain/White City or is it farther up the trail near Lowes Inn?

PA - we first hiked up to the top where the ruins are, and then took a trail up to Inspiration point.
Cool! That's so convenient — and a blessing for people like me who get disoriented using binoculars and telescopes.
Really? I hope it's not to far from the ruins. Pretty tired by that point.
I approach the White City from Sunset Ridge then take a long horse shoe trail that brings you over to the ruins
It is a substantial distance - 2.4 miles I believe. It adds a good amount.
