remains of yesteryear

the top of echo mountain contains the remnants of the mount lowe railway and the buildings and hotel that used to exist on top of the mountain. little remains beyond the foundations and some old machinery, but it is still worth checking out if you are in the area.

it is an incredible place to walk around and take in some local history.

AH, I love your mountains too!

Jean, thanks - I think dreamy is a good word for this pic.

I believe that's OUR mountain. Our dreamy mountain. I love it, too.

Is that Tim O? What's happening with his V.O. career?

Tim just filmed a commercial for Universal Orlando - he's still plugging away at the voiceover stuff but right now it appears his acting career is taking more of a forefront.

Are you still planning to leave this area when you're done with Fuller & cking out the beers?

btw, bw, one of my fav pics from your special collection.

Nothing is definite at this point. We have two more years left in Pasadena, and then it will depend on where I can find employment.

IMHO, we have plenty of churches around here who need a good young minister!

So, that shouldn't be a problem.

Sadly very few with Mennonite ties. Maybe I need to start another one...

Don't limit yourself, or your future "followers" (hohoho!), to a single denomination. Think outta the church-box.
How does Non-Denomennonite sound?!

Ha - I'm open to wherever life takes me.
