from our balcony

we recently moved to a different apartment within our building. one of the benefits of our new place - besides the extra room - is that it has a balcony. this is our nightly view of the setting sun, which perfectly silhouettes the palm trees that line los robles ave. pretty cool, eh?

check out more sky watch friday photos right here.

I have to admit, skies like that are a good reason to move, even with the extra room.
Thanks for sharing!

That is one sweet view. Great pastels. I recently saw an article in NG about a rotating apartment building in Dubai. Everyone gets a view at some point during the day - or night.

Judy, no second guesses at all with this move!

Quiet, thanks for stopping by. A rotating apartment sounds like an interesting concept. How would it be powered??

Chrome3d, I'll keep that in mind and take more pics!

Noner, sunrise is unfortunately blocked by a giant tree.

What a great view. I can certainly see you two sipping wine at sunset here. (Or maybe you're sipping a brew?) I'll bet it's nice to have the extra room and the extra eye candy out the window!
